Anita Cordova is a licensed clinical social worker who has practiced in an array of settings, including outpatient, inpatient, school-based, residential, and community-based settings. She has specialized training and experience working with youth and families affected by complex traumatic experiences and stressful life transitions. In addition, Cordova has provided outpatient evidenced-based care to adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety and co-occurring disorders. On an inpatient basis, she has provided complex care coordination to adults with a lived experience of chronic mental illness, many of whom are struggling with homelessness. A certified Kundalini yoga and meditation instructor, Cordova integrates stress-reduction strategies in a person-centered approach to healing and wellness. Cordova received her Master of Social Work from the USC School of Social Work, now called the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work.
